I agree also that these points go both ways, but I think you way overstated the biological hardwiring of males by presenting it as scientific and immovable fact. I don't think there will ever be a general solution to the problems that arise from men feeling like they are "wired to provide", and women cannot bend over backwards to accommodate that frankly animalistic tendency. The same applies to other evolutionary tendencies. Instead, I would put more emphasis on males learning to grow beyond those factors that have nothing to do with their real identity and are getting in the way of a potential healthy relationship. It's really the man's fault if he can't think deeply enough to get past those things.
